The LongTrec doctoral network, along with the ConesaLab, have created the the Valencia Long-Read Transcriptomics (VALT) series. A compendium of yearly events that will focus on the same-name field, long-read transcriptomics. From t-RNAs, to best practices for isoform quality control, this will be the place to share knowledge. The consortium will kickstart with the organization of two events in 2026: a Summer School and a Symposium.
